The African Development Imperative (TADI) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization which interrogates and tackles the economic, political and social effects of inequality to which young people of African descent are exposed in a thoroughgoing and an intentional manner.  In so doing, TADI dissects the issues, policies and systems that affect youth either positively or deleteriously, and proposes nuanced, discrete and mutually-reinforcing solutions.

Identified challenges and opportunities, and attendant interventions in the foregoing vein, are grouped into three clusters, namely activism and governanceentrepreneurship and innovation, and violent radicalization and extremism mitigation.
